Al mateix temps, davant el problema de la<a href=\"https:\/\/ginvest.es\/ca\/la-inexistent-futura-pensio-a-espanya\/\"> inexistent pensi\u00f3 que tindrem a Espanya en un futur<\/a>, el qual el nostre company Francesc Dom\u00ednguez, Director de Riscos, ens va avan\u00e7ar fa un temps, ens podem estar preguntant com podem crear un fons de reserva mentre que intentem maximitzar la rendibilitat d\u2019aquest.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>La soluci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>Coneixent les necessitats dels nostres co-inversors, es va crear Ginvest Renda Variable Global PP, un Pla de Pensions gestionat per Ginvest Asset Management amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019oferir una soluci\u00f3 d\u2019inversi\u00f3 als problemes comentats. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KjgcKLrEKEM&amp;t=7s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La nostra companya Mercedes ens explica m\u00e9s i millor sobre aquest tipus de productes<\/a>, a l\u2019abast de tots nosaltres. Hem de tenir en compte que, perqu\u00e8 la aportaci\u00f3 en el nostre Pla de Pensions tingui efecte a la renda del 2022, hem de realitzar la inversi\u00f3 abans del 23 de desembre de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Sabent que el capital invertit en el nostre Pla de Pensions principalment t\u00e9 com a objectiu la inversi\u00f3 a llarg termini, aquest vehicle d\u2019inversi\u00f3 pot invertir el 100% dels seus actius en renda variable. Aix\u00f2 no significa que sempre estigui 100% invertit, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que nom\u00e9s podem invertir en aquest tipus d\u2019actiu, amb unes limitacions de pesos de 90%-100%. La resta es mant\u00e9 en actius monetaris.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3 a la distribuci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica, el Pla agafa de refer\u00e8ncia els pesos de l\u2019\u00edndex MSCI ACWI, el m\u00e9s representatiu globalment, i a partir d\u2019aquests, sobre ponderem i\/o infra ponderem les regions geogr\u00e0fiques en les quals estem m\u00e9s positius i\/o negatius, amb una limitaci\u00f3 en la nostra capacitat de ponderar pesos, eliminant riscos de prendre certes decisions de asset allocation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La implementaci\u00f3 de la cartera es realitza a trav\u00e9s de ETF\u2019s<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/ginvestam_coneixes-la-difer%C3%A8ncia-entre-un-etf-i-un-activity-6988146807679668224-d4w9?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un ETF?<\/a>) especialitzats en cada classe d\u2019actiu (Renda Variable USA, Europa, Emergents i\/o el Jap\u00f3). Els ETF\u2019s que m\u00e9s ens ponderen s\u00f3n els exposats a la beta de mercat de cada v\u00e8rtex, el qual significa que estem invertits en gran manera igual que el mercat. L\u2019actiu que m\u00e9s pesa en el Ginvest Renda Variable Global PP, \u00e9s el MSCI USA UCITS ETF, l\u2019objectiu del qual \u00e9s reflectir la rendibilitat de les empreses d\u2019alta i mitjana capitalitzaci\u00f3 que cotitzen als Estats Units, ponderats per la seva capitalitzaci\u00f3 bors\u00e0ria. Aix\u00ed doncs, no \u00e9s d\u2019estranyar que en el seu top 10 de posicions trobem empreses com Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Alphabet, Johnson&amp;Johnson, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019objectiu de generar alfa a trav\u00e9s de les nostres decisions d\u2019inversi\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 podem realitzar inversions a nivell t\u00e0ctic i segons moment de mercat. Per posar un exemple, actualment tenim en el nostre v\u00e8rtex de Renda Variable dels Estats Units un ETF amb un biaix de valor, l\u2019UBS Factor MSCI USA Value UCITS ETF, el qual inverteix en empreses d\u2019alta i mitjana capitalitzaci\u00f3 dels Estats Units, per\u00f2 amb un biaix qualitatiu que filtra per valoracions relativament baixes. Entre les seves principals posicions podem destacar empreses com Berkshire Hathaway, JP Morgan o Pfizer.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests dos ETF\u2019s, serien alguns exemples d\u2019actius que tenim en cartera. Actualment el Pla de Pensions gestionat per Ginvest AM est\u00e0 compost per deu ETF\u2019s de Renda Variable, a<strong>mb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019invertir de forma diversificada i global a llarg termini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fins a la data actual, la Renda Variable en el llarg termini (per\u00edode m\u00ednim de deu anys) sempre ha obtingut una rendibilitat positiva, protegint a l\u2019inversor de la inflaci\u00f3, a m\u00e9s de generar retorns reals m\u00e9s atractius malgrat ser m\u00e9s vol\u00e0til en el curt termini.
