Cuando uno es joven e inexperto, puede caer en el error de pensar que hacer los deberes es una tarea cansada, poco productiva y que con un poco de suerte podr\u00e1 copiar a la entrada de la escuela y as\u00ed destinar ese tiempo a otras cosas, m\u00e1s o menos importantes dependiendo del grado de responsabilidad y de inquietudes de cada persona.<\/h5>\n

Efectivamente, en el corto plazo, el hecho de no hacer los deberes o copiarlos, si el profesor o la profesora no se dan cuenta, es todo un \u00e9xito, ya que hemos disfrutado de ese bien tan escaso y preciado como es el \u201ctiempo\u201d para destinarlo a otras actividades (en ese momento creemos que m\u00e1s importantes, que hacer los deberes).<\/p>\n

Si este \u201cmodus operandi\u201d nos funciona, podemos caer en un segundo error, que es el de no hacer nunca los deberes o de copiarlos siempre de otros compa\u00f1eros, ya que van pasando los d\u00edas y meses y podemos vivir una \u201cfalsa\u201d tranquilidad de tenerlo todo controlado.<\/p>\n

Si somos m\u00ednimamente responsables intentaremos planificarnos para estudiar para el examen de junio. El problema lo tenemos el d\u00eda que hay examen sorpresa, ese d\u00eda se nos cae el mundo encima.<\/p>\n

En el mundo de las finanzas (salvando las diferencias) puede llegar a suceder lo mismo. En mercados alcistas puedes caer en el error de \u201ccopiar\u201d acciones o fondos que te recomiendan compa\u00f1eros, familiares o amigos con buena intenci\u00f3n, que les est\u00e1n funcionando muy bien. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pero si no has hecho los deberes no sabr\u00e1s si es adecuado para ti, si es compatible con el resto de tu cartera, y sobre todo y m\u00e1s importante, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 inviertes en las acciones o fondo en cuesti\u00f3n?. Podr\u00edamos estar hablando tambi\u00e9n de una cascada informativa<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cuando el mercado invierte su tendencia inesperadamente, (examen sorpresa) el buen inversor debe tener los deberes hechos. En este caso, los deberes son tener un profundo conocimiento de su cartera, y tener clara su lista de la compra. Es decir, esas inversiones que no tiene, pero le gustar\u00eda adquirir a buen precio y por \u00faltimo, pero no menos importante, tener identificadas las inversiones que tiene en la cartera pero que debe vender r\u00e1pidamente, en caso de un cambio de escenario.<\/p>\n

Vivimos en un mundo globalizado, en el que para invertir bien debemos mantener una visi\u00f3n global y aunque concentremos mucho la cartera hay riesgos y situaciones que debemos conocer, gestionar y ejecutar.<\/p>\n

\n

Arist\u00f3teles defini\u00f3 el tiempo como \u201cel n\u00famero del movimiento seg\u00fan el antes y el despu\u00e9s\u201d o lo que vendr\u00eda a ser: el tiempo es una sucesi\u00f3n de cosas o momentos.<\/p>\n

<\/em><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

S\u00f3lo sabremos mantener nuestra cartera en el tiempo, o reestructurarla cuando sea necesario, si hemos hecho bien los deberes, hemos entendido y definido cuales son nuestras necesidades y el porqu\u00e9 de cada inversi\u00f3n. \u00danicamente as\u00ed podremos ser objetivos y analizar fr\u00edamente c\u00f3mo nos pueden afectar las diferentes sucesiones de acontecimientos que pueden pasar, sin dejarnos llevar por el p\u00e1nico o el ruido del mercado.<\/p>\n

En nuestro caso, y si nos centramos en los fondos de inversi\u00f3n que seleccionamos, como coment\u00e1bamos en el art\u00edculo de \u201cun nuevo amanecer<\/a>\u201d en el punto 4 habl\u00e1bamos de la selecci\u00f3n de activos, aqu\u00ed le a\u00f1adiremos la combinaci\u00f3n de estos en cartera, o lo que vendr\u00eda a ser el concepto de correlaci\u00f3n. La correlaci\u00f3n es una medida estad\u00edstica que expresa hasta qu\u00e9 punto dos variables est\u00e1n relacionadas. Posteriormente analizaremos los resultados obtenidos versus benchmarks, expectativas y horizonte temporal.<\/p>\n

Hoy en d\u00eda hay una gran mayor\u00eda de empresas que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del concepto de adaptaci\u00f3n de \u201cDarwin\u201d y buscan impulsar el cambio. Estas son las que merecen que destinamos esfuerzos y recursos. Evidentemente, cuando hay correcciones como las actuales, el mercado no filtra por empresas, ni \u201cmanagement\u201d, ni factores racionales\u2026 se mueve por sentimiento.<\/p>\n

Es por ello que muchos gestores e inversores han tenido que ajustar pesos y fondos en sus carteras. Pero si nos hemos preparado y tenemos los deberes hechos, sabemos qu\u00e9 tenemos la cartera, y qu\u00e9 queremos. Aunque el mercado baje a plomo en algunos sectores, sabemos que son empresas que en el futuro seguir\u00e1n estando liderando su mercado. Son empresas que actualmente ganan dinero, tienen barreras de entrada, tienen capacidad de fijaci\u00f3n de precios<\/a>, y que podr\u00edamos resumir como negocios de calidad.<\/p>\n

El hecho de tener los deberes bien hechos y al d\u00eda, nos permite tener una mayor tranquilidad sobre nuestra cartera y la seguridad de poder incrementar posiciones ante bajadas dr\u00e1sticas de los mercados financieros, ya que es en estos entornos de volatilidad d\u00f3nde aparecen las mayores oportunidades.<\/p>\n
