Despu\u00e9s de aplicar sus 10 reglas de oro y un riguroso an\u00e1lisis, se define el Universo Seilern. Este estar\u00e1 formado por las \u00fanicas 50-70 empresas que cumplen sus criterios, de las cuales ser\u00e1n seleccionadas las que finalmente construyen la cartera de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sus 10 reglas de oro se dividen en dos partes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Las primeras son para detectar empresas que puedan crecer de forma sostenible por encima de la media y,<\/li>\n<li>las segundas, para prevenirnos de una p\u00e9rdida permanente del capital.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para que una empresa sea apta para entrar dentro de su Universo deber\u00e1n superar todas las reglas, las cuales detallamos a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25160\" src=\"https:\/\/ginvest.es\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/10rules-cast.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1216\" height=\"678\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ginvest.es\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/10rules-cast.jpg 1216w, https:\/\/ginvest.es\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/10rules-cast-980x546.jpg 980w, https:\/\/ginvest.es\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/10rules-cast-480x268.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1216px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El conjunto de reglas que Seilern aplica les hace descartar empresas que se encuentran en sectores de baja rentabilidad, con incapacidad de crecimiento, necesidades altas de capital, o dif\u00edciles de valorar como, por ejemplo, el sector bancario, el asegurador, aerol\u00edneas, telecomunicaciones y\/o commodities, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>Un ejemplo ser\u00eda el crecimiento de ventas durante el per\u00edodo 2016-2020 de las empresas de su universo, el cual ha sido de un 5.3% anualizado respecto a un 3.7% de la media de las empresas del S&amp;P 500, durante el per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, su margen operativo es de un 23.6% de media respecto a un 15.9% del \u00edndice americano y su deuda neta respecto a su EBITDA es de un 0.3x respecto a un 1.5x.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 nos encontramos? Que, de media, su universo respecto a su \u00edndice de referencia, vende m\u00e1s, con menores necesidades de capital, con un margen mayor y con menor deuda, cosa que les hace tener un rendimiento del capital superior a la media del mercado. Esto, sumado a una filosof\u00eda de inversi\u00f3n de verdadero largo plazo y alej\u00e1ndose del ruido del corto, crea valor de forma consistente para sus inversores, entre los cuales nos encontramos y de manera satisfactoria.<\/p>\n<p>La incorporaci\u00f3n del fondo Seilern Europa en nuestras carteras, responde a nuestro compromiso de seleccionar las mejores ideas de inversi\u00f3n para nuestros co-inversores.
