{"id":535,"date":"2022-12-09T18:43:01","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T18:43:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ginvest.es\/\/visio-de-mercat-desembre-2022\/"},"modified":"2023-07-05T10:17:32","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T08:17:32","slug":"vision-de-mercado-diciembre-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ginvest.es\/eus\/vision-de-mercado-diciembre-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Visi\u00f3n de mercado diciembre 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Noviembre ha sido un mes muy marcado por:<\/h5>\n<blockquote><p>\u2013 La posible mejora de la inflaci\u00f3n en EEUU a la vista de los \u00faltimos datos del IPC.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Los precios de la producci\u00f3n, que se han situado por debajo de las previsiones.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aunque, el mercado laboral se mantiene tensionado a la espera de ver c\u00f3mo afectar\u00e1n los despidos masivos, anunciados el mes pasado por las grandes empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, tal y como apuntan todas las se\u00f1ales, la inflaci\u00f3n ya habr\u00eda tocado techo en EEUU (y en ausencia de una escalada en el precio del gas), las lecturas deber\u00edan empezar a caer en 2023. Este escenario ha comportado que la FED anuncie una ralentizaci\u00f3n en las subidas de los tipos de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>CONSECUENCIAS EN LOS MERCADOS FINANCIEROS<\/h2>\n<p>Consecuentemente, los mercados financieros ya lo han descontado con consecuencias importantes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Renta Fija<br \/>\nTanto gubernamental como corporativa, se convirtieron en oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n. Gracias a que se contempla el fin de la subida o una menor alza de tipos de inter\u00e9s por el mercado. Por ejemplo, el v\u00e9rtice de bonos corporativos acab\u00f3 con un rally del 4,02%.<\/p>\n<p>Este entorno de cambio, en la orientaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica monetaria de la FED, favoreci\u00f3 la depreciaci\u00f3n significativa del d\u00f3lar en un 5,3% contra el euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Renta Variable<br \/>\nHa sido un mes positivo, con subidas significativas en todas las \u00e1reas geogr\u00e1ficas. El v\u00e9rtice de EEUU finaliz\u00f3 con una rentabilidad del 5,01% y un 6,91% el \u00edndice europeo. Destacar la subida del \u00edndice Emergentes de un 11,24% gracias, principalmente, a los buenos datos procedentes de China sobre una ligera relajaci\u00f3n en la pol\u00edtica de Covid 0 y la distensi\u00f3n en las relaciones con EEUU.<\/p>\n<h2>POSICIONAMIENTO ESTRAT\u00c9GICO DE NUESTRAS CARTERAS<\/h2>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, nuestra cartera estrat\u00e9gica, contin\u00faa implementada para hacer frente a una inflaci\u00f3n persistente con un menor crecimiento, v\u00eda:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Renta Fija<\/strong><br \/>\nEste mes la FED ha conseguido asentar las expectativas de inflaci\u00f3n. De este modo, seguimos introduciendo m\u00e1s duraci\u00f3n a las carteras mientras nos centramos en la parte de m\u00e1s calidad crediticia ante el menor crecimiento esperado.<\/p>\n<p>Incrementamos la duraci\u00f3n mediante la entrada de un fondo global de bonos corporativos investment grade con mayor duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel global, en esta clase de activo, seguimos centrados en bajas duraciones, bonos flotantes y alg\u00fan fondo m\u00e1s oportun\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Renta Variable<\/strong><br \/>\nContinuamos infraponderados mientras mantenemos la cautela en este activo. Las expectativas de beneficios todav\u00eda no descuentan completamente los riesgos para el crecimiento. Estar diversificados es la clave para aportar m\u00e1s estabilidad a la cartera en estos momentos de incertidumbre.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a tipolog\u00eda, preferimos fondos invertidos en compa\u00f1\u00edas de calidad y con poder de fijaci\u00f3n de precios para poder traspasar el incremento de precios al cliente final, con una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s a largo plazo o fondos con crecimientos estables y sostenidos. Como ser\u00edan, por ejemplo, los sectores defensivos.
