Este mes de Septiembre ha venido marcado por las subidas de tipos de inter\u00e9s tanto en EEUU como en Europa.<\/h3>\n

La inflaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s persistente de lo esperado ha obligado a los bancos centrales a adoptar pol\u00edticas cada vez m\u00e1s restrictivas.<\/p>\n

Tanto el mercado laboral de EEUU como el consumo est\u00e1n a\u00fan manteniendo su fortaleza por lo que la Reserva Federal ha llevado a cabo su tercer aumento consecutivo de 75 pb el 21 de Septiembre para intentar rebajar este dinamismo. Europa afronta problemas similares, pero con una mayor debilidad econ\u00f3mica. Ello conllev\u00f3 subidas por parte del BCE de 50 pb. en el mes. Pero no s\u00f3lo el BCE subi\u00f3 tipos sino tambi\u00e9n el RiskBank de Suecia sorprendi\u00f3 con subidas de 100 pb al aumentar su \u00edndice de precios al consumo un 9%, o el Banco suizo\u2026etc.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado, el riesgo geopol\u00edtico tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 incrementando no s\u00f3lo a consecuencia del incremento de tensi\u00f3n en el conflicto b\u00e9lico de Ucrania sino tambi\u00e9n por las declaraciones de Joe Biden sobre un eventual apoyo a Taiw\u00e1n en una hipot\u00e9tica subida de tensi\u00f3n con China.<\/p>\n

En este entorno este mes de Septiembre ha sido significativamente negativo para todos los activos financieros:<\/h5>\n

\u2013 La actitud agresiva de los bancos centrales ha impulsado al alza las tires de los bonos sobretodo en EEUU destacando las ca\u00eddas de la Renta Fija tanto Corporativa como de Gobiernos en m\u00e1s de un 4% y un 2% respectivamente.<\/p>\n

\u2013 La Renta Variable sufri\u00f3 significativamente cayendo un 6% el \u00edndice japon\u00e9s mientras que las ca\u00eddas en EEUU y emergentes fueron de m\u00e1s de un 9%.<\/p>\n

\u2013 En este entorno el d\u00f3lar se apreci\u00f3 un 2,51% bajando de la paridad versus EUR ante las peores perspectivas de Europa versus EEUU acabando el mes en un 0,9802.<\/p>\n

 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, nuestra cartera estrat\u00e9gica, contin\u00faa implementada para hacer frente a una inflaci\u00f3n persistente con un menor crecimiento, v\u00eda:<\/h5>\n

\u2013 En la parte de Renta Fija centrados en bajas duraciones, bonos flotantes y alg\u00fan fondo m\u00e1s oportun\u00edstico. T\u00e1cticamente, vamos introduciendo m\u00e1s duraci\u00f3n ante el excesivo castigo a la par que nos centramos en la parte de m\u00e1s calidad crediticia ante el menor crecimiento esperado.<\/p>\n

\u2013 En Renta Variable continuamos infraponderados en este activo. Buscamos estar diversificados para aportar m\u00e1s estabilidad a la cartera en estos momentos de incertidumbre. En cuanto a tipolog\u00eda, preferimos fondos invertidos en compa\u00f1\u00edas de calidad y con poder de fijaci\u00f3n de precios para poder traspasar el incremento de precios al cliente final, con una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s a largo plazo o fondos con crecimientos estables y sostenidos como ser\u00edan los sectores defensivos.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Por zona geogr\u00e1fica este mes se increment\u00f3 el v\u00e9rtice de EEUU en detrimento del Europeo ante las peores expectativas econ\u00f3micas de este \u00faltimo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
